Border Top Row 12

Difficulty of block: easy
Number of pieces: 4
Method used: hand piecing, hand applique

Today brings a change in weather, nice and cool, the perfect day to post Jane's Oak.

I love this quote, so fitting of our summer.

"What dreadful hot weather we have!
It keeps me in a continual state of inelegance."

  6. Perfect fabric for your Oak Leaf block, and your quote - I love it. I also love Jane Austen. Just the other day I listened to Emma on a audiobook. It was relaxing and fun, while quilting.
