Yellow and green came to mind as a nice combination for a block called, Woven Meadow. But, as my block grew in size, all I could think of was John Deere!
I'm still laughing. As a farmer's daughter who grew up in the green-yellow John Deere culture, I can't help but see the DJ and JD connection in my mind, from the initials alone. Farming and machinery aside, I love your fabric choices which perfectly compliment each other.
Pretty meadow! I have that green fabric too. I have had some difficulties to use it, because it doesn't fit well with other fabrics. But now I must try it with yellow...
What pretty colors. I really enjoyed making this one.
