Merry May was another fun one to make. I love the colour purple and noticed I only have a couple of pieces in my reproduction stash. Also, I have very little in the way of light neutral fabric. Time for a little shopping!
Hola, Karen! MagnÃfico bloque y excelente combinación de colores! Puedo ir de compras con Ud? JAJAJA!!! Un fuerte abrazo y muchos BESOTES!!!
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorite color combinations is purple + green. Love your use of lines in the outer pieces. Hope you have fun shopping for more purples.
ReplyDeleteHi Karen - I have DJ on my to do list for ages, even have a bolt of background fabric, but haven't got there yet. But these photos are inspring me. They look gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteAnother stunning block - really looking forward to seeing them all together
ReplyDeleteLove it, it looks so pretty. Also admire how you managed to make that weird F-13 attractive instead of clunky.
ReplyDeleteThis quilt is going to be fabulous!
ReplyDeleteI just came across your blog for the first time. I have to admire anyone who does the Dear Jane quilt. Your fabrics you choose are outstanding for it, doesn't seem traditional. Can't wait to see it all together.
ReplyDeleteI really love that purple! It is lovely-- and just right in this block. Beautiful.
