F-1

Difficulty of block: easy
Number of pieces: 24
Method used: hand piecing, hand applique

Back from a lovely fall road trip and celebrating Thanksgiving today.  The turkey is in the oven and I just finished piecing together Big Top.  Perfect for the season is this wonderful Jo Morton fabric.

I really like how you select your prints. All your blocks look so pretty. I'm doing mine on boring white backgrounds. I'm doing the Farmer's Wife with mixed prints, though, and am not pleased with the fabric choices I'm making. They are definitely not beautiful like your DJs.

Did you plan to use autumn colours for these blocks or is it just a coincidence ?
Whichever its a lovely block
I think you may be teaching a few of us a bit of a lesson about using colourful fabric combinations.
Thank You

At first sight the block looks quite difficult, but when I look closer, I agree with you: it's not so difficult at all. But the result is lovely!
