Difficulty of block: easy
Number of pieces: 41
Method used: hand piecing
For a minute I thought there was a repeat in the Dear Jane blocks, but the layout for Chicken Tracks turned out to be different then Family Reunion.
With just 26 center blocks to go, things are starting to happen; I'm starting to complete rows. All the blocks are now done in rows H and J and just one more block to go to complete rows D and G. Maybe now would be a good time to start preparing sashing pieces, so I can be stitching the blocks together as I finish the rows. Maybe!

oo that is nice! I don't even remember making that block. Talk about tiny pieces lol!
Very pretty one. Yeah - it is nice to finish a row. Have you decided on the sashing? Looking forward to see the colour and fabric you will be using.
WTG, Karen. Almost done. I'm still chugging along with around 40 blocks made. Your colors are just beautiful.
This is so pretty, it took me a bit to figure out the 9 patches. Great optical illusion.
That really is a pretty block.
So near to the end now, do you feel you want to do more than one block a week ?
Exciting!!
Lovely block!
I do like to add the sashings at once, I don't like to do them all in the end.
This is one of my favorite blocks!
What a lovely block. Love your fabric. Yesterday I finished the 169th block! Actually I was a bit sad that they were all finished.
Regards from the Netherlands.

Hello Yvonne! Sorry I took so long to respond. Yes, it would be nice to do more then one block a week, but I just don't have the time. :(
Oj Karen, I was excited when you told you are starting to stitch your beautiful and elegant blocks together. Hopefully we'll see them soon;)
Ha! I love your picture of this one. You found an excellent background. :) It really is a happy block. Hope the sashing work is going well!
