G-1

Difficulty of block: easy
Number of pieces: 8
Method used: hand piecing, hand applique

Fast and fun was Hattie's Hen House

When I first started my Dear Jane journey, I was picking the easy ones, but soon began selecting more difficult or time consuming blocks, so that in the end, I would not be wishing for my journey to end.  With just 33 center blocks to go, it's always nice to still find a fast and easy one.

Coincidence? I was just cutting my G-1 out last night. Now I need to do the applique. Yours is beautiful.

I love curves! I can't wait to make this block. I made some similar blocks some time ago and I loved making them!
And here's that cute pink fabric again ;o)

Hi Jossie

Because of the issue Blogger has been working on since May 24, I am unable to leave comments on some blogs. And, because you do not have an e-mail address in your Blogger Profile, I can not reach you. So sorry! :( If you change your comments from 'embedded in post' to 'pop-up window' this may help.

Green and pink is one of my favorite color combos. Ever. I love this block!

Only 33 left? Wow! So exciting!

Another winning combo of fabrics and such precise stitching.
How wise to not leave just the hard ones till the end.
