Method used: hand piecing, hand applique

For some reason I was thinking Rose of Sharing was going to be more difficult than it was.  Brenda changed the flower from 4 pieces to 1 piece, to make it easier I guess, but I thought the original looked so much nicer and made it possible for some fussy cutting!

I have that fabric in a pink and gold but haven't seen the blue. I love to fussy cut fabric; you did a great job, and your block is gorgeous!!

Lovely block... and I agree with you, with 4 pieces it's much more interesting. Your background fabric is now one of my repro-favorites. Unfortunately I only have 1/4 y...
