Difficulty of block: easy
Number of pieces: 21
Method used: hand piecing
I thought Thea's Turn was a bit of a boring block until I started piecing it together. To make it look more like the original I added an extra piece to each of the light coloured triangles around the block. And, it looks like I have to take this block back to the iron to press my seams a little better; a couple of points are missing!

I love the fabrics.
I love the fabrics too!
With the beautiful fabrics you have chosen it is anything but boring. It looks wonderful.
You do such a beautiful job
This one I like very much !!!
Not boring at all - on the contrary very interesting and beautiful fabric.
I really like how you fussy cut this one!
It's beautiful and the fabric is just perfect for it - I'm itching to do hand piece of DJ, but cannot make up my mind the color scheme - Any idea to suggest? Hugs Nat
Your blocks are never boring. They're colorful and inventive--and your fabric selection is what makes each one so special. This is the best way to see a DJ quilt -- one block at a time, closeup and personal.
They'll eventually all blend into a masterpiece, but I like this steady pace, appreciating each one individually.
I love it! Great fabric combo!
Beautiful!!! I love the fussy cut center.
