G-9

Difficulty of block: easy
Number of Pieces: 33
Method used: hand piecing

Autumn winds begin to blow;
Colored leaves fall fast and slow.
Twirling, whirling all around.
Till at last, they touch the ground.

This poem describes perfectly what was going on outside my window as I pieced together Mary's Journey.  Such a wonderful time of year!

Lovely block!
Here it looks like Autumn didn't even arrive this year. Winter set in immediately... :o(

I do not regularly comment on this, but I think it is wonderful.

Simply... feast for my eyes, Karen.
I have too enjoyed the colours of Autumn here in Finland. I think the warm and quite rainless weather in last summer is the main reason for exceptional DEEP autumnal colours. The nature is coddling us like you're doing with your beautiful blocks.
