L-5

Difficulty of block: easy
Number of pieces: 22
Method used: hand piecing

This block is called Chattanooga Charlie. I laughed when I saw that and searched my reproduction stash for some orange fabric, but came up empty handed. We have a Charlie in the family, No Chin Charlie. He is a big, clumsy, long haired orange cat with no chin! It's impossible not to love him.

Your fabric choices are wonderful. OK, where can I learn to hand piece? Your blocks are great.

You gave me a good motivation for my UFO Dear Jane. I need to start sewing mine soon. :-)

Your fabric choice is just lovely!

If you ever get a chance to send me his pic, I'd appreciate it and it would also satisfy my curiosity...
