C-2

Difficulty of block: Easy
Number of pieces: 15
Method used: hand piecing, hand applique (two large diamonds)

Such a pretty block and I just love the fabric. Sure wish I had more then a fat quarter of each.

Until next week.....happy quilting!

Karen this IS a beautiful block and if you look at the colors you will see that despite the fact they are not Xmas fabs.. you have the color scheme.. very very pretty and the piecing is so very precise.. I am counting the days for when I get my first session of DJ blocks.

This is a lovely block! Those fabrics are wonderful. And your applique is perfect. (I'm so jealous!) :)

Nice work! I made one not quite Dear Jane quilt a few years back and have a box of blocks started for another. I mostly do art quilts these days but I still love the traditional stuff, especially hand piecing. I gues you oculd say I am a schizophrenic quilter....can't decide what I want to be :). Love your blogs.
